The same grill, the same grass-fed halal meat, the same made-to-order plates the truck serves on the street — parked at your venue. Weddings, office lunches, graduations, fundraisers. We cook on site so the first guest and the last guest eat the same food, hot.

Truck Service
The truck pulls up, the grill fires, and guests walk to the window for a plate cooked in front of them. Nothing sits under a heat lamp. It doubles as entertainment — the smell of the grill does most of the work of getting people out of their seats.

Chafing Buffet
For ballrooms, banquet halls and anywhere the truck can't park. We grill off site or in the lot, then set a hot line indoors — kabob, rice, salads, hummus and lavash on chafers with a server behind it. Guests move through fast, which matters when you have a schedule to keep.

Platter Drop-Off
The simplest option and the cheapest per head. We cook, tray it up and deliver at the time you name — foil-covered platters of kabob, rice, salads and lavash, plus disposables. Ideal for office lunches and team meetings where nobody needs a service crew standing around.

We check the date, price the menu properly and send a written quote — including travel, staffing and service hours.
7 days out
Lock the menu
Final headcount, dietary counts and arrival time confirmed. A deposit holds the date; the balance is due on the day.
Event day
We fire the grill
Crew arrives 60–90 minutes early, sets up clean, serves, breaks down and takes the trash with us.
