The Spirit

Rocky had always been drawn to food—not just as a means of sustenance, but as a way to connect, to tell stories, and to share love. Growing up in a tight-knit Armenian family, his memories were steeped in the scents of fresh herbs, sizzling skewers, and the laughter that filled their kitchen. The art of cooking Mediterranean food, especially the famous kabob, had been passed down through generations. To Rocky, it wasn’t just a recipe; it was a heritage, a tradition that ran deep in his veins.

The Growing

After years of working in the kitchens and experimenting with ingredients, Rocky returned to his roots. He knew the time had come to leave behind the fast-paced world of catering to corporate clients and focus on what truly mattered—his family’s small but cherished kabob business. His family, an Armenian immigrant, had started it with little more than a humble grill, some fresh lamb, and a passion for his heritage. Over the years, the family’s reputation for delicious kabobs made with healthy ingredients grew, but it wasn’t just the food that attracted customers. It was the spirit of the business, the warmth of the people behind it.

The Dream

Rocky took the reins with pride, determined to continue what his family had started, but with his own unique touch. His kabobs were something special—crafted with tender cuts of lamb, marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices, and grilled to perfection over an open flame. The secret wasn’t just in the ingredients, though—it was in the care and love he put into each dish. His goal wasn’t just to serve a meal; it was to give people an experience. He wanted them to taste the care that went into every step, from fresh cut of meat to the final sizzle on the grill.
